Cause of Evolution

The main cause and hope for the evolution of GIVS in action is to be a drop in an ocean of the health care Nepal. Since, the health care condition in Nepal is yet to develop and improve a lot particularly in the remote areas, people with poor sanitation and lacking medication.

Nepal is a naturally and culturally country with never ending stunning landscapes, mountains and lakes. On the other hand, Health care facilities, hygiene, nutrition, and sanitation in Nepal are of poor quality, particularly in the rural areas. The poor and excluded have limited access to basic health care due to its high costs and low availability. The demand for health services is further lowered by the lack of health education. Traditional beliefs have also been shown to play a significant role in the spread of disease in Nepal.  Millions of people are at risk of infection and thousands die every year due to communicable diseases, malnutrition and other health-related events which particularly affect the poor living in rural areas. However, some improvements in health care have been made, most notably significant progress in maternal-child health.

The burden of child mortality is still high in Nepal. To understand child health status, it is equally crucial to evaluate the children, who are survived. Their survival should be accompanied by healthy childhood and better future.

To overcome the situation GIVS have come forward with the thought of bringing a successful change in the well being of children who are poor and with birth disabilities.

Although, changing the whole health care system of Nepal is not an easy task but nothing is impossible and all you need to do is to give a try. In that sense, GIVS aimed to be a sun shine in the well being of the poor children.

The part of the income generated by GIVS would be spent for the welfare of the Nepali children who cannot afford the medication due to high cost and lacking proper nutritional food.
