People that we work with alongside the volunteers are actual doctors/physicians/nurses who have worked within the healthcare sector in Nepal and thus offer exclusive and in-depth knowledge of the system.
Similarly, for the internship program, the students can do internship in the concerned hospitals under the supervision of an expertise as per their respective course/curriculum/schedule.
At GIVS we aim to hit the source of the healthcare issues seen in the rural setting. In particular, our vision is to target the children in these areas that experience such difficulties to nudge their behaviors related to the health issues that we are there to rectify.
In contrast to other organization GIVS provides the facility of FREE HOSPITAL VISIT SERVICE. It includes a free service by the organization for the students or university faculty to visit the multi specialized hospitals in Nepal. The above facility is not a part of the program/project. It is mere a tour/visit to the hospitals. We work according to the convenience and interest of the applicant. If the applicant is seeking to get his/her internship or volunteer done in Nepal, please provide us the detailed information of your interest on which you wanted to work in order to achieve the right result. We commit to organize, assist and fulfill the program/project with no commitment. The medical applicants can undoubtedly proceed in their dream projects for a miraculous change with GIVS in Nepal.
