At GIVS (Guest Intern Volunteer Service)<\/strong>, we make your journey from application to arrival smooth, transparent, and supportive. Our structured process ensures that every participant is fully prepared for a meaningful and rewarding experience in Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Submit your application directly through our official website. Choose your desired internship<\/strong> or volunteer program<\/strong>, and provide the necessary details to initiate your placement process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Deposit & Enrollment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once your application is approved, a confirmation email will be sent with deposit and enrollment details. This step secures your placement in the selected program or project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Program Confirmation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After enrollment, you will receive a formal Program Confirmation Letter<\/strong> that includes details about your placement, project location, duration, and accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Preparation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We will guide you through the pre-departure process, helping you prepare for your travel, orientation, and project. You will also receive a welcome package with essential program information and guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5: Arrival<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Upon arrival in Nepal, our team will warmly welcome you at the airport and assist with your transfer to the accommodation. You\u2019ll then begin your program with an in-depth orientation about the culture, safety, and project expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete your enrollment, please provide the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A copy of your valid passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mention of any dietary restrictions or allergies<\/strong> (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Details of any medical conditions<\/strong> (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    At GIVS, your safety and professional growth are our top priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Interns receive continuous supervision and guidance<\/strong> from our experienced medical team and on-site supervisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Our staff provides 24\/7 support<\/strong>, including emergency assistance during your stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • An interpreter<\/strong> is available at the project location when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Interns must carry their academic credentials, college ID, and personal essentials<\/strong> during their placement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We encourage all participants to stay in touch with our representatives via email or phone for regular feedback and support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • 10% discount<\/strong> for a group of more than 5 students<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
